Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are any issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve before proceeding. If after several attempts of contacting you, (without response) the order will be canceled and money refunded.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from snobbishlyfestyle.com  you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS directly. Snobbish Lyfestyle DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer 1-2 day UPS Ground Shipping & USPS Priority Mail to most locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

  • Standard Shipping: $11.75 (3-5 business days)
  • Heavy Goods Shipping: $15.95 (3-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $38.95 (1-2 business days)

All orders have a processing time. All orders are processed & shipped within 72 hours. We usually process orders 1-2 business days. Economy shipping is 5 to 8 business days. Standard shipping is 3 to 4 business days. All packages are insured. Please contact UPS or USPS directly to open a claim for the missing package:

If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non delivery/return to sender, it will be YOUR responsibility to PAY for postage to have the package shipped again. We will send an invoice for the cost of new postage. Failure to pay within 2 days of receiving postage invoice email will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. A refund WILL NOT be issued in this case only a store credit.

Please note we do not cancel orders once they are made. Please review your selections before completing your order. If there is an inventory issue that causes SLB to cancel your order or item, you will be notified by email and refunded appropriately.
