Are items restocked?

Due to sell out rate with most of our vendors, it is quite difficult to restock items. However, if an item is restocked, we will notify all of our customers by email (make sure you subscribe to our newsletter) and on social media.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to COVID19.

If I need to return an item, what should I do and how long does it take to process the request? 

For the most effective customer service experience, please contact us directly at snobbishlyfe88@gmail.com. All inquiries will be addressed within a 12-24 hour time frame. To avoid a delay in response, please refrain from sending return inquiries through social media messaging.

If you have any problems with your order, please inform us within 10 working days. After 30 days returns or exchanges are no longer acceptable. If a exchange is granted please make sure that all tags are in tack & item is in its original form of packaging. We will send you a return label to your email. After an item is deemed acceptable, a store credit in form of a e-gift card will be issued within 5-7 business days. Customer will be notified by email. Full disclosure of the return policy can be found on the checkout page. 

How long does shipping take?

Standard Priority Shipping provided by USPS normally takes 2-3 business days ( MS residents who are within close proximity to McComb usually receive their packages within 1 business day). 

Express Priority Shipping provided by USPS usually takes 1-2 business days ( depending on your area).

Due to COVID19 there has been a delay with shipping in most areas. Please bare with us as we work diligently to process orders in a timely manner.  

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we offer International Shipping. Shipping normally takes 6-10 business days for USPS.
